RETURNS
If your item is unwanted, damaged or the wrong size I will happily refund or exchange it within 30 days providing the item has not been used or installed in any way.
Please include a copy of your original invoice in your package with a note stating the reason(s) for your return. 
 

PACKING YOUR RETURN

Please ensure goods are packaged properly as damaged items will not be refunded in full.

As many of our items are cotton, they are susceptible to being damaged if wet. Please packaged thoroughly.

SENDING YOUR RETURN

I do not pay for returns unless the item(s) is damaged or incorrect. 

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item please contact me via my contact page or email me at macrameuk@outlook.com. If you can attach some photos showing the damage this would be appreciated. I will arrange with you via email how the postage provider and way to send the return back to me.

If you wish to return your item for another reason, eg. 'the item is not suitable then please arrange postage yourself.

Royal Mail is ideal for most items up to 2KG however items over this weight are advised to be sent via a courier.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If returning from outside the UK please contact us first via our contact page. Returns received which incur Duties or Tax charges will be charged against the return amount so please contact me before returning for more information.

SMALL PARCELS - You can easily book a parcel to be collected from your home or dropped at a local post office using Royal Mail Click & Drop

LARGE PARCELS - You can easily book a parcel to be collected from your home or dropped at a local collection point using the website www.parcel2go.com
